After 9 years in the AV industry, Suzu Mitake (美竹すず) has announced her retirement. Also known as Nao, she shared the news on her Instagram account. Here is a translation of her message.

I apologize for this sudden announcement.
I would like to announce that I, NAO, will be retiring from my activities as a sexy actress after nine years in March 2025.
Looking back, so many things have happened in these nine years.
There were fun things, worries, happiness, and hardships…
But because you all supported me at all times, I was able to come this far.
I am truly grateful to all the fans who supported me from the other side of the screen, the directors and staff who worked with me on this project, and everyone who was involved.
And I don’t have a plan to come back to this industry later.
I am grateful to everyone who has supported me so far, but from now on I will walk as a completely different, new person.
I believe that I am who I am today because of these nine years.
It has not been a smooth road, but all the connections, experiences, and lessons I have encountered in this world have made me stronger.
It has become an irreplaceable part of my life.

And from now on, I would like to cherish more peaceful and happy times than ever before, together with the important people who have always supported me, my family, my best friends, and my beloved dog.
