Popular AV actress Ai Sayama has officially announced her retirement from the industry.
Ai Sayama has officially announced her retirement from the AV industry. The news was shared via a post in her fan club, where she expressed gratitude for the support and love she has received throughout her career.
“Thank you so much to all Love’s Room Gold Plan members.
Those of you who pay for the Gold Plan despite the random and irregular updates are the rarest of Sayama Ai fans the most core of core fans, so I have something I would like to tell you in advance, so I am posting it here.
I, Sayama Ai, will be retiring as an AV actress after the filming in December 2024. The release of the retirement work is scheduled for around September 2025.
By the way, I plan to announce my retirement on 2025.01.01 via X and Instagram along with a New Year’s greeting. so I would appreciate it if you would refrain from discussing my retirement on public SNS until then.
I thought about announcing this all at the beginning of the year, but I wanted to share the reality of what it was like until I finished filming my retirement film, so this is a huge favoritism from me to all of you who are special to me+
So, thank you for your understanding and cooperation”
In a following post, she added :
“I debuted in April 2007 when I was 18 years old, and I was thinking of retiring in April 2025, which would be my 18th anniversary. However, while I was discussing this and that with the adults, it ended up being delayed by a few months, which was a bit of a miscalculation, but I guess I will be retiring roughly on my 18th anniversary.
I did a great job!!! Everybody praise!!!
The year 2025 will be a transitional period for me from being an AV actress Sayama Ai to the next stage as a LV of BLACK DIAMOND, but I will still be working at Red Dragon as Sayama Ai, so you can always see me, and I won’t be completely stepping back from the limelight, so I hope you will continue to support me in the future. Also, don’t worry, Love’s Room has no plans to close at the moment!!
